Good session at SportBU tonight with Paul at Bournemouth Barbell.

After a ‘hardCORE’ session last night, I hit the gym really keen this evening. Back to pre-prep work after the BDFPA British at the weekend.

10×3 sumo deadlifts at 80kg with 1min rest, followed by:
5×8 straight leg deadlifts at 50kg 2mins rest, then to make sure there was little skin left on my palms:
15 chin ups, followed by 5×5 side bends at 20kg and a bit of core work.

Much needed shake and chicken curry to follow 😀

I’m going to need helping out of the car at work tomorrow!
