Bench = 5 sets of 10 at 32.5kg
Wide arm press ups = 3 sets of 10 with 6.5kg on back (45kg load)
Lunges with 10k dumbbells = 5 sets of 5 each leg
Stiff leg deadlift = 5 sets of 8 at 50kg
Sidebends = 5 sets of 5 with 20kg dumbbell
Military press = 3 sets of 5 with 25kg barbell
Felt good, but central heating does not compliment weight training!
