Full on session today, really felt good.

Deadlift:
(1 min rest between sets) 40kg x 4; 45kg x 3; 50kg x 3; 55kg x 3; 60kg x 3; 65kg x 3; 70kg x 3; 75kg x 3; 80kg x 3
2 min breaks:
85kg x 2; 90kg x 2
30secs between reps:
95kg x 2; 90kg x 2 for 4 sets

Bench:
20kg x 10; 30kg x 6; 35kg x 6; 40kg x 6; 40kg x 6; 42.5kg x 6
Pyramid:
40kg x 6, 35kg x 6, 30kg x 6, 25kg x 6, 20kg x 7, 25kg x 6, 30kg x 6, 35kg x 3, 37.5kg x 1.5

Seated Shoulder Press:
34.5kg x 6 for 6 sets (2 mins rest)

Cardio:
Row: 1000m 5 mins (50 cal)
Step: 1.8k 11.5 mins (100cal)

Still full of energy and could’ve trained into the early hours, but I knew I’d just kill muscle if I carried on. Had a nice shake and dinner instead, then a few hours marking work before bed at 1am.
