After an energetic few weeks training it is time for some downtime. Deadlift session Monday and Bench session Friday with some light cardio inbetween. My body has rebelled with a sore lower back and left calf, probably in response to trying to do too much in one day, every day, ha ha!

Some nice walks in the New Forest over the weekend and catching up on work will have me ready to go full pace again next week 🙂
