Too much work!!!!!!!!!!
Thankfully, after an all-nighter at the computer, I finished everything off on Friday and trained hard. On only 2 hours sleep, I wasn’t all there mentally, but the coffee I had consumed at my desk all day got me through physically. I think the sense of mental relief helped too.
SO glad to be able to go back to a normal routine. While I’ve still trained when I should, I can now turn up that bit earlier and that be later. Most importantly, for the next few weeks run up to the GBPF Divisional Qualifier, I can focus on nothing else but lifting 😀
