Disappointed I can walk at all this week! Box squatted again with a new, wider stance – then some extra leg work to max out my glutes. I’m sore, but I can walk, so will work even harder next squat day!!
It’s nice to be far enough from a competition to work one body area to destruction each day. Today was abs – not only because it massively improves my bench and prevent back injuries, but because I’m going for a bikini body in 6 weeks for holiday 😉
